I want to share my experience of living in a house served by Cogir... This is a terrible building, and even worse is the company that serves this house called "Cogir". We lived at **** ******* ***** in Montreal from 12/25/2022 to 11/18/23... ** *** **** ******* *** this is our first experience in Canada... We moved into this house and at first everything looked great... but after a few weeks of living we understood the conditions we got into... Cockroaches started to appear in our apartment, and over time we also saw mice... This is terrible service, where the building is not cleaned for weeks, the problem with garbage removal and the complete lack of hygiene led to that there are big problems with mice and cockroaches in these buildings... in the summer the situation got even worse and in the room where the compost is collected, white worms started ... the stench of garbage spreads throughout the entrance from the 1st to the 5th floor.. It's just terrible. ..*** * ***** ***** **** * ********* *** ** ***** ** **** * ****** ******* ** **** ******* ********* ...my requests to the company do not lead to anything, they once sent us a person, they said it was an exterminator, but at the request of my wife to pick up the dead mice that we caught in the mousetrap, he refused and only said that he would write a report... we didn't see anyone else... This company ignores the problems that exist in the houses it serves and has no respect for the tenants who pay the rent... I'm glad that I found another apartment and moved out at the first opportunity ...
