I bought a 2010 *** ***** at olympia auto sales. 226 bloor st. East in oshawa ontario. I Took the car out for a test drive. Talked with George b. and made a deal for the car. I paid 5644.35 for the car. Paid for plates. Also paid 400 for powertrain warranty because when George talked about the warranty he made it sound like that if anything happend with the motor or Tranny it world be replaced brand new..I picked up and paid for the car on Dec 8 2023. It was leaking tranny fluid. Called George and talked about it. I covered the tow Truck to ******* ********** and George paid for the repair. Already had tranny issues that weren't disclosed before sale. I picked the car up s week later on December 15. I was driving the car back to peterborough where I live and blew the motor part way home on highway 115 by Kirby. Called George b. and we argued on the phone about returning the car and getting my money back because he sold me a lemon. He refused to take the car back. He said with the powertrain warranty I should be able to get a new motor. Then we argued about who was paying for the tow truck this time. George covered the second tow. Car gets towed to the same shop again. I get a call from ******* ********** and the said powertrain warranty only cover 3000 dollars to cover the cost of motor and labor at shop. So the shop found a motor with 163000km for 1700 on it. The original motor blew at 169500. George b. also **** about the warranty. Here's his updated info too.
