              Absolutely unfathomably bad customer service.I started the process of porting my insurance from apartment insurance to condo insurance 2 weeks ago. I let them know this was needed to close a real estate purchase and was time sensitive.Over the course of two weeks they send, at best, one email ever 4 days. It doesn't take 2.5 weeks to do this. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone. I waited 4 hours combined over 2 days and didn't speak to a human being. The agent that was emailing me refuses to speak to me for some reason, despite me asking multiple times to just speak to them. They said they'd call back, never did. I'm now right against the deadline to close my real estate transaction.This is absolutely mind bogglingly bad service. It's like they are actively choosing to have horrific service. I don't understand.

              Excellent ! Janae was very patient and thorough in getting the insurance that suited for my situation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Make getting an insurance much less stressful. But I did spend waiting about 25 minutes in the initial call before I was able to connect to her.

              I agree with the sentiment below... customer service is extremely poor. I have had the misfortune of having my payment method compromised and trying to contact them about billing change. I spent countless hours on hold only to have them almost get my insurance cancelled. I also reported an accident to them Nov. 8, and have not heard anything since I reported it. I currently sit on hold with the claims department to get an update... I'm getting a bit tired of the recorded voice (every 10 seconds) saying how important my call is, and my estimated wait time keeps increasing. Brutal, brutal, brutal... I will 100% be looking for another broker at renewal time

              I have insurance with Inova as a broker. I needed to speak to them on Nov 27th, I called and after 10 min a receptionist came on and said that it will be over 1 HR before someone can take my call. I went on line to their website to book an appointment and the appointments were for November 30 in the afternoon or Dec. 1st. 3 to 4 days later. They are good if you want to apply for a policy but are impossible after.

              Terrible. Don't trust the initial quote they give you, because they'll decide to dramatically increase the price one business day before your new policy starts.

              Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Gigi was thorough and transparent in all that was involved in my home insurance. The difference in price for relatively the same coverage from my last insurance company was significant. I would definitely recommend Inova.

              Was involved in an accident (not at fault). In two weeks not one phone cal from the adjuster, they refuse to answer calls or emails and are absolutely unprofessional on the phone the odd time you can get someone (by pretending to be new business). Why ****** is associated with these people is beyond me. However, I had our legal representative reach out to ****** head office and have begun the process of doing a deep dive in to their poor customer service, lack of integrity and constant disregard for Costco’s customers. Their head office has now received all the email correspondence as well as all recorded phone calls, let me tell you they were in total disbelief that they advertise these guys in their stores. If everyone that comes here to write a review reaches out to ****** head office, we can get these guys removed from all the ****** locations!!!! Let’s do this!!!

              Pathetic support despite my spouse being a client for a decade or more. I just became a client after retiring (previously had company vehicle) and the service direct opposite to ****** is stunning
