We have used ****** for a few years now! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He always communicates and explains everything to where a not very savvy technology person can understand! He just recently built us a new server and spent hours making sure everything was working properly! He always responds very quickly when we have to call him because we are having problems and works to get them fixed promptly. We highly recommend ******!

I have been using *********************, Infopackets since June 2020. Have nothing but great things to say about him and his services. After my local IT guy retired and moved away, my server crashed and my three associates were not able to access our system. I found ****** on the web and left him a short email. He responded within a few minutes and we were back up in no time. Since that initial call, ****** has completely revamped my server with a secure virtual machine, set up a mesh network for my residence and built a desktop for me. Luckily, with the systems that he has in place, I don't have to call him very often. But when I do I can count on prompt, reliable service at a reasonable price. THIS IS THE GUY TO GO TO. Came to ****** with my problem after having a scare with some very bad people in the ***********. I sent in my contact form explaining everything to ******, he reached back out to me within a half hour and we were doing the initial call explaining services just over an hour after I had first made contact. ****** truly does understand what to do in these situations, not just to help you get these people to back off and stop, but also in helping you get your mentals corrected as this is a very stressful and traumatizing situation. In my experience, ****** would go the extra mile in making himself available and being very personable which I found really helped in getting my mind back on track. I will forever in debt to ****** for his advice and guiding me through this whole ordeal. Even though the price may be daunting to see at first, you will be saving more in the long run if you think about how much you would instead be tricked into giving these blackmailer criminals. I would also say that it is a small price to pay for saving my career and sanity, because who knows what could have happened if not for ****** help. Like I stated above, ****** is the guy to go to. I was more than satisfied. When I reached out to infopackets for help, I was called by Dennis F*** who runs infopackets. I explained to him the problem I was having with my windows 10 updates for the past 6 months. He was familiar with the problem and advised me that he would try to correct the problem, but could not guarantee a solution. He worked with my computer for about an hour and actually was successful in solving the issue. He is very personable and honest. His fee was very fair. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is having computer issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an excellent background in computer science.

I went to Dennis at a time when I was scared and shaken by very evil people. He immediately brought stability to the situation and showed me a roadmap out of the situation. Not only that, he recognized immediately that I needed reassurance and a guiding hand, and he provided that for me above and beyond his duty. If you're duped by scammers, Dennis is your guy. I just finished my session with my IT savior, Dennis F***. He was incredible. I am a retired sysadmin so I had tried a bunch of steps and researched my problem in great depth but I could not solve my own problem. He responded in only aa few hours after I submitted the request and I did not ask for high priority. He nailed it within a few minutes. It was with ******* connecting to the ISP. I had a computer problem in the past and I had tried *********. That was not a good experience. It started out with one tech then it went to another then another still. Talk about time on the phone! I had followed Dennis and his Infopackets for several years so I knew his work and figured I would give him a try. He starts with a phone call to get a sense of what he is walking into then explained the process of connection and billing. I had done the same steps many times myself in the past and Dennis was well organized and knowledgeable. There was an adjunct problem that had eluded me for a few years and he dove right into it and found the solution to that also. He uses some great tools and we enjoyed some pleasant small talk thruout the adventure. It makes a big difference when I can appreciate his work as someone who has done it and without having to go to a next level tech with the wait in between. Well worth the money!

All I can say is Dennis was AWESOME!!!!!!! I screwed up and thought I had some virus on my computer and stupidly got hooked up with these crooks from India. I'm taking full blame for what happened. I thought they were caring individuals but after sending them some money they just kept demanding more!!! These folks were ruthless with voice mails ( demanding money or would take me to court, ruin my credit rating, and other bad things) and then started shutting my computer down. I googled "crooks from India trying to take over my computer". Low and behold Dennis's page came up and I read it and thought hopefully this man can help. It's true, he was a life saver!!!! I have my book keeping on my computer going back to 1994, besides lots of documents, and lots of pictures. All I can think was it's all gone. I emailed Dennis and he got back to me asap and had me up and going in no time. This man KNOWS his stuff and we had a great conversation while he got me going again. THANK YOU Dennis, you are for sure the "COMPUTER STUD"!! If anyone is having these kind of problems then please get a hold of Dennis, you won't be disappointed.

I'm unable to install scanner driver for my ******* printer. Dennis verified my Windows system was in good working order. He tried several different procedures to install the driver. Ultimately, Dennis suggested a program as a work around for the missing driver. I was impressed with Dennis's dept and breath of knowledge,. I was very satisfied that Dennis did everything within reason to get this to work. I'd hire him again.
