  I requested Quote to do Ceilings/Floors and they said they would do the job efficiently. 3 people x 2 days. My trailer is 600Sq ft (12'x50'). 1 Bedroom, 1 Small bathroom, 1 living room/dining room. My living room is dominated by Windows and Door and bedroom has 3 windows so it is NOT 600sqft of walls, ceiling. They came with ONE mop and left MUCH of it undone. I pointed out a couple areas and they poo poo'd it. I had *** here and she tried to say that it's more than 600sq ft...IT IS NOT MORE than it is! And, no matter....they promised to do more than just ceiling/floors and none of that was done EITHER. I have called several times and left messages to get at least 1/2 back cause I MUST hire another company to finish what they didn't do. She refuses to speak to me.

  Ihave gone to this home and explained what we were going to do  all is in the estimate invoice

  which client agreed to have done.. I responded by going back to see whatnclient was talking about, her conplaint to me was we never did the walls right.  at the time i took photos there was no streaks as she said.. her responce was that it was not sunny enough out side.. workers had all the supplies they needed and more.. Client said she has photos but would not let  me view them. plus client said that she washed the walls and that is why it was clean.. this client and her late husband smoked for many years and I explained that there was going be streaks.  that it is best to paint but client wanted them washed, plus she still smokes in her home.. another thing the complaint she has written about was not said to me.  this client has some comfusion because shr did remember that I was the person who did the first visit, she thought I was another person who went there for her complaint.. I feel we did our job as what was in the estimate invoice.  She told me that we did things that she did not want done.  if that was the case why did not stop them because she was present in home.  There is no refund!!

  I am rejecting this response because:The Issue is that I WANTED my Ceilings and Walls WASHED!  THEY added the EXTRA's b/c she said they could do MORE than Wash my walls & ceilings which I said OK.....OK?  THEY DID NONE OF ANY OF THAT in this house....ZERO....NOTTA THING did they do. I even had to WASH the window in the office which was the room they used 3 people for 2 days to clean.  I just measured the walls and ceiling so you can see that out of 600SQ FT they did nothing.  I told *** that I had pictures and I showed her the mess they left in the office UNTOUCHED by them.  My daughter & I had to REDO the ENTIRE room.  They said they had the BEST to remove nicotine.....no Streaks?  That is NOT true and I am attaching pictures I took the day after which I could see in the daylight and pictures subsequent after moving some things out of the way.  They never moved a THING to get behind ....Not a Picture...Not a Cabinet....NOTHING was moved.  I WATCHED their MAN was a plastic container for 1/2 HR from the porch I could see him and I'll send that picture, too.  A LITTLE PLASTIC thing....he spent over 1/2 hr cleaning.  They said they'd do BLINDS?  I HAD to remove All my blinds and do them MYSELF outside while they were working here.  This is despicable **************** and Work ethics.  No light fixtures were cleaned.  I don't care if I still smoke....I have the BEST PLASMA Air Filtration on the market today....$1000 unit that cleans EVERYTHING.  My husband smoked a lot and died recently that's why I need it CLEANED.  3 PEOPLE for 8 HRS and YOU will see in the pictures that I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF FOR THE BAD JOB THAT THEY GAVE ME.  I now want a FULL REFUND for the trouble they have caused me and the pain of my disability to do so.  If they will NOT make this Right then I will take it to COURT for I do have WITNESS' to prove that the job was done POORLY.  ONE MOP they brought BOTH DAYS.  NOT TWO or THREE.....ONE and NOTHING ELSE WAS DONE.  NO MIRROR .....NO WINDOWS....NO NOTHING!      1st thing on that quote is CEILINGS & WALLS!!!!!

  Office walls are only 3 WALLS with windows dominating 2 of those walls.  Hall is 10' long with a window/2 doors and double bi-fold closet doors on it.  Width of hall is 3' x 10' long minus the 2 doors, 1 window, and closet doors.....very little wall space in hall.  Living room/dining room has Full front of windows, side window and 2 doors plus one whole wall is mirrored.  The Trailer is 600Sq Ft (12x50'ft) and most is windows/doors.  I have measured the walls/ceiling and while *** tries to say this is bigger than 600Sq Ft....she is WRONG at math.  ALL those windows, doors, mirrored are MOST of the house to start with.  And, she SAW the dirt left on the walls!!!   No one missed it but her.  Again, Measuring WALLS/CEILINGS resulted in a figure of less than 40 SQ FEET!   40 SQ FT and 3 people for 8 hrs x 2 days?   And, I had to clean it myself?  They did NOTHING in the 3rd Bedroom, My bedroom, Porch and the bathroom only has 2 sq ft of wall.    I can attach plenty more as it is just horrible how they left this place.  Streaks in ceiling in living room and fixtures untouched as you see in one picture.  Yes, my husband just died and they were so kind and nice and added all that stuff that I didn't ASK FOR but the MAIN point of my doing it was CEILINGS & FLOORS and they did NOT do a thorough job AT ALL.  ONE MOP for 3 people and 2 days later.  I can send pictures of the interior of my house to prove that the amount of wall/ceiling is minimal compared to the actual dimensions of this trailer.

  When I sent the estimate invoice with details on what this client and I agreed on, she did not disagree to me or workers while they were doing this job.  disagreeing could have changed what we did.. not sitting and watching and not saying a thing. I still do not a agree to a refund.

  Again, having lost my husband from COPD, heavy smoker, I contacted this business to wash the Ceilings & Walls.  I do NOT nor did I EVER request anything other than that.  I was TOLD that they WOULD include extra's but I emphasized the Ceilings/Walls and at NO point in time did I ask for all the other stuff which they didn't do either.....so, WHY were my walls/ceilings not done properly?  They claimed "Streak Proof" products would do the job.  Sent with ONE mop for 3 people to do some 40sq ft of Ceilings/walls and after 3 people x 2 DAYS of 8hrs/day and they did NOT finish nor complete the job to ANY persons satisfaction. I saw some things right away but by Daylight?  OMG, Look at the pictures.  Ceiling fixtures in my living room are inset and flush with ceiling and they were NOT DONE?  I paid them as that what a reasonable customer does but after getting *** in my home where she poo poo'd and said that I didn't want ceilings/walls done?  It's FIRST ON THE LIST of priorities....even on their invoice.  That's ok, if BBB does nothing about this cause the Court of Law will and I fully intend to use Small Claims Court for a settlement if this unscrupulous company does not own up to their shady service.  She can fight all she wants but 1) Took advantage of someone in grief; 2) Sold me goods I did not ask for 3) Failed to complete job to my satisfaction and as promised.  She can OWN it or PAY me back for the job I had to do myself and I can take plenty more pictures cause I am not touching anymore than the bathroom and back room which I have cleaned MYSELF!
