These are the same **** ******* who previously owned ************ that ******* hundreds of people out of a lot of money. There are newspaper articles about it. They simply switched the website colors, changed the name, and photoshopped their new logo onto a random warehouse to make it look like it's theirs.Review from Eoin M

ChefSupplies.ca advertised a product they didnt have, so they shipped out me a different product that I dont need. I live in the **, and they only ship to ******, so I paid extra to someone else to forward it (the wrong item) on to me in the ***Now they are saying that the only way I can get a partial refund is if I pay to ship that incorrect item from the US back to them in ********* Im supposed to pay for the original product, forwarding to the **, and mailing back to ******, in the hopes that they might then give me a refund.Review from Stephen W

We have had a frustrating experience with ChefSupplies.ca. They sent us the same wrong product twice. We immediately sent back the unopened, unused products in the prescribed manner. They made promises about cross-shipping the correct product or expediting a refund, but continue to give us the run around. It has now been 24 days since our purchase and the latest message from ChefSupplies.ca leaves us with no confidence that we will receive a refund. I do not recommend doing business with ChefSupplies.ca given such poor customer service and questionable business practices. Stephen WReview from Brian M

Very disappointed at the Refund Policy of ChefSupplies.ca. After making a purchasing from their website, the product did not perform as advertised and sold. When I inquired about a refund or store credit, I was informed, they would not provide a refund or issue a store credit as the product was used. How else would a consumer/customer know if the product didn't work as advertised/sold? I was told to call ********* Customer Service and provided the wrong number, and later to be provided a link to the ********* website that provided the wrong number as well. MY STRONG ADVICE: Do not purchase from ChefSupplies.ca. They do not protect their customers, and I no longer have confidence in purchasing from them, nor should you. I am not surprised, ChefSupplies.ca is not BBB Accredited.
