We financed a Dodge Grand caravan from them paid monthly payment to them of 389 for 4 years...when ***** started they reached out to us asking if we would like to take advantage of their covid relief program which was told to me 3 months of no payments at the end of the 3 months they came and repod the van saying we owed for the past 3 months I had to pay the total balance in order to get the van back after this we finished paying off the van at the end of the term we had the van signed over to us and was full paid we received a refund of ****** it was finished then they reported to Equifax that the van was repod and that's it....now our credit is garbage and it doesn't show that the van was paid so anyone checking our credit just assumes we didn't pay and they got the van back which is not the case not sure what to do but feel it's not fair that our credit is being destroyed by this ...the van was in my boyfriend ***************************** and I was the co signerBusiness response

We didnt see the BBB email until as the email address they have on file isnt correct. We havent used this email in over 8years. The vehicle was repossessed Sept 2020 and that was for payments that were missed before COVID. It was reported to Equifax as Redeemed Repossesion once the vehicle was pickup. We can give you a letter stating all this information. Our correct email address is *****************************************. You can email ***** and she can give you a letter.
