      We purchased a white dresser and It took a month for the dresser to come in. Once in it was to be delivered the first delivery date after as we were undergoing renovations and needed it asap. We were given nothing but a run around and it took almost 2 weeks to get it delivered. We paid $89.95 for delivery and they didnt even take it out of the box. When I unboxed it and found multiple areas of damage, I immediately called and spoke to **** and let him know about the damage. He told me I would have to take pictures and email them to their email but said thats what I get for ordering a white dresser because it shows all the flaws and thats why nobody buys white anymore. For $800 there shouldnt be those type of flaws regardless of colour. I expressed that I wanted the dresser picked up and a refund given. **** was very condescending and rude. I asked to speak to the owner. **** got on the phone and wasnt any more helpful or polite than ****. They played the customer blame game and it was finally agreed that the dresser would be picked up Wednesday, July 12. I told **** my husband would be home till 1 PM as he was on afternoons and they were aware of this because it was the same timeframe as when they delivered the dresser. My husband then sent an email to the owner **** expressing everything stated above and that he was the one that would be dealing with things as they were extremely rude condescending and negative towards me. **** was the one to respond to that by calling me. We got a phone call July 11 stating that they would pick it up between 230 and 430 even though they knew no one would be home. **** then went on to call me a liar and talk down to me and belittle me and then hung up on me. Needless to say they arent coming for the dresser. They took our money and delivered us a broken damaged item and now were trying to fight to get the dresser picked up and our money back and they are are making it impossible for us so that they dont have to refund us.

      I am rejecting this response because after having to go back and forth with them and argue to try and get it done I then had to submit my complaint here and they finally came and picked up the dresser and in the process of doing so their delivery people damaged all of my stair nosing's on my brand new stair case that had just been finished by my contractor 3 weeks prior. I asked their delivery guys to stay for a minute while I called **** and he told me that as far as he was concerned his job here was done and I would have to take the damage up with ****.  I immediately called Bedroom Depot and asked for **** who wasn't it so I spoke to **** (my salesperson) and of course he said he could do nothing for me and told me to send an email with pictures to their email address.  I sent the email with pictures of all of the damaged and dug up stair nosing and I heard nothing back from **** so I had to call him for follow up and he of course was extremely rude and told me to have my contractor deal with him.  I had my contractor do up a quote to fix the damages, which included all new stair nosing, the glue and tape that would need to be purchased and then her labor to complete everything including removing the old, cleaning and preparing each stair top and front and letting it dry/settle and then installing the new and taping it done to adhere and then following up and completing everything the next day and removing the tape etc.  **** did not respond to this quote for 5 days and then when he did respond is disputing the cost and saying he has a contractor that can do it in 1-2 hrs for $100.  The material itself costs over $100 so he is saying that his contractor works for free?  I followed up with **** and he stated that he would only deal with my contractor, however my contractor doesn't own the home that was damaged my husband and I do.  He is very condescending and I made it clear that no one other than my contractor would be doing work in my home especially since he is obviously just using anyone to state that they can fix it for cheaper to save himself money.  Both my contractor and I have requested official quotes from his contractor so that we are able to compare quotes and see what the differences are and we of course have not received one and instead of doing what has been asked **** is attempting to phone my contractor to no doubt treat her as poorly as he has me.  My contractor is in the middle of a large renovation on the other side of my house as **** is well aware and does not need to be harassed or bothered by him.  We have both requested a quote on official letterhead from his contractor so there is no need to continue back and forth arguments via phone.  We want things done through email and in writing.  I requested this quote asap as it has been another 2 weeks since they damaged my newly laid stairs and we are still nowhere so we are now having to proceed through the small claims court process which is why the quote has been requested on official letterhead so that we may submit it with the paperwork and all of the bills etc from the original invoice when we had the stairs completed and all of the pictures of the damage done by his delivery drivers etc.  This entire experience has been a nightmare and **** is a horrible person to try and deal with, especially if you are not afraid to stand up for what you are owed or what should be done to rectify the situation.  There is no reason why his delivery drivers should have done this damage to my stairs and he  takes no responsibility as the business owner for his employees and their actions. His words to me were.....well I don't know what my employees do every minute of every day.......that may be correct but when you are made aware of these things and do nothing about them you are just as bad as they are.
