Brought vehicle in for brakes and tires After initial inspection, received call for work needed to performed.Agreeded to said work via phone call, but then length of time of work went from hours to days.Called to inquire why, told "hard to find required parts"Finally go to pickup vehicle, and cost is 3x of what it should be, finding they did more work then originally agreed upon without concent.Front rotors was told they were fine, only pads needed replacement but all replaced anyway Vehicle was needed back so paid and left.Business response

vehicle dropped off for brake change and quotation on tires , after vehicle was inspected it needed both front and rear brakes in addition to a rear right brake caliper as it was seized. in addition the tires on the vehicle were in extremely dangerous condition pictures are available upon request. i personally called the customer as he passed me over to his son , i explained all the repairs needed thoroughly as the customer and his son confirmed the service. i explained to the customer that 2 tires were in stock while 2 were to be ordered over night , customer agreed to leave vehicle over night , unfortunately only 1 tire arrived on the shipment ; i contacted supplier as they apologized and confirmed tire would arrive the next day . i contacted the customer and he suggested to put the 3rd tire on as he needed the vehicle to drive out of town . so that explains the delay , but in regards of the pricing i explained to the customer and challenged him to bring cheaper parts and i would happily remove mine and reimburse him for them . reason why im so confident is that his vehicle in particular requires special parts from chrysler directly and theyre on back order so theyre not available till mid october and i encouraged the customer to contact dealership where parts were ordered from so they could explain. i understand customers frustration in regards of the price of the parts as his vehicle is a *********************************************************************************************** which parts were not available after market .
