      I PURCHASED A VEHICLE ON DECEMBER 6, 2021 FROM THIS PLACE. WITHIN 24 HOURS THE VEHICLE POWER STEERING PUMP WENT OUT ON IT WHEN I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO ASK THEM IF THEY WERE SOMETHING THAT THEY CAN DO FOR ME THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO THE SHOP AND IT WOULD BE MY RESPONSIBILITY. AFTER TALKING WITH HIM SEVERAL TIMES THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING TO TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER FINALLY THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WANTED THE CAR BACK BECAUSE THE GPS TRACKER HAD FELL OFF ON IT SO I HAD TO BRING THE VEHICLE BACK TO THEM WHICH THEY HAD THE VEHICLE FOR OVER THREE WEEKS NOW THOUGH MANIFOLD INTAKE SENSOR GOING BAD ON THE VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT OR COMPENSATE I HAD TO RENT A VEHICLE FROM ENTERPRISE WHICH ENDED ALMOST $1000 AND THEY YET I'VE DONE ANYTHING TO FIX THE VEHICLE THE VEHICLE IS A DRIVING HAZARD AND SAFE AND DEPENDABLE ***************************************************************** ***************************************************************** ***************************************************************** **********************************************************

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/01/31) */ In response to this, the customer took the vehicle in their possession and informed us the following week that it had a steering issue. He then informed us that he had it at his mechanic in Michigan. As far as the GPS unit we have it confirmed that it was tampered with upon inspecting and verifying that with the company that supplies the units, customer vehicle had second unit installed with again the same issue of being tampered with as it does not work again. We have tried working with the customer but his response is the vehicle is in Michigan. The vehicle did pass a safety inspection and we have driven the vehicle and there was nothing wrong as well as the service garage. We are at loss as this vehicle is in Michigan and we can not do anything about it. We would just like to have this vehicle back Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/01/31) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I bought the car on a Friday 12 6 21 that very night the power steering pump went out on it. The car has had ele issues as well. When I took it in to the shop in Michigan as I just became a pr of canada. I work in the usa as well as live in Canada ON. The car has had issues with the eleritcy issues. I was told by the garage I took it too The would be to put a new computer module in it. a few weeks later after it cost me 1600 American to get it out of the shop. The manifold centros are bad. That was after I took it back to this car lot where I bought it from. They had it for over 3 weeks they said everything was fixed on it. It still has the same issues its been having. The car has been parked at my house in mi because of the issues of the car. The car has broken down on me several times and nothing but issues. When I call the car dealer they just tell me off or don't even answer. Nothing was the gps unit has not been touched. The car has else issues. That's the reason why. It is now February 9th 2022 and the vehicle is still not here, we did say we would fix the issue(s) you decided to have someone else look at it and for the second time you have disconnected the GPS system. You seem to want to point fingers but yet have no responsibility in regards to this issue. The only way to resolve the issues with the car is to bring it here so we can address this.

      Purchase a vechile from Best Rate. N purchased the extended warrenty. I was driving the vechile and it made a noise, I was told to drive it to ********* n tecumseh rd, to best rate. I almost hit other cars as it wouldn't stop. I did contact best rate n they said to tow it to summit on lauzon. 1st tow driver said he wasn't touching it. Did call another one, he took the tire off and it totally crumbled in his hand. He said it should have never past safety. I know its only good for 30 days. I do have extended warrenty but they said it's not covered. The garage called n said it be 1500 bucks. I feel they should be paying it. I almost killed myself and also innocent people... This isn't fair I understand it's a 2005, but I have a 2007 from the same place an have has no issues..

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/25) */ ***************************************************************** ************************************************* As we stated in previous conversations, You purchased the vehicle on May 29th, 2021 with 180,830 kms it now has 190,275 kms approx 10,000 kms driven since your purchase. The wheel bearing the part that broke is normal wear and teas and not the responsibility of the dealership. The warranty you purchased was for engine and transmission issues, warranties do not cover wear and tear objects, that would be like asking them to cover your brakes. With this being said we are at no fault and will not be covering any of the costs associated with this repair.
