From the beginning of this horrible experience with rocky motors a staff member put my cousin and I in a common law relationship in the application inorder to be approved to finance a vehicle. Then we were told to come back a week later to pick a vehicle out. Upon arrival a week later to rocky motors we seen an out of place outdated 2014 Ford focus on the lot that was not there when we went to fill out the application. We were told that was the only vehicle for 19000 with tax we were approved for. Being stuck with a broken vehicle at the time we felt obligated into taking it . We were told 2-3 days the ownership and plates will be signed over to us. Four weeks later we finally got a call to take the car home. When we arrived to rocky motors another staff member who stated he was in a rush and needed us to sign the papers quickly for the vehicles ownership. Us being first timers thought the staff member was being truthful. What we had actually signed was that we wanted to wave the warranty on the vehicle and that we didn't want access to the car facts. So now we have no warranty on the vehicle and no acknowledgment of the vehicles history. To top it off. The rubber trim on the vehicles interior falls off everytime the doors are opened on both backseat doors. The back hatch latch has fallen off continualisly. The car was actually put under 24000 we were to pay. Not 19000. Withen less then a year of owning the car the transmission has failed and now needs to be replaced. The car is a lemon. *** ******* **** ***** ***** *** ***** *** *** We have tried to contact rocky motors countess times. They continue to say it's not their problem and we are stuck paying for a vehicle we cannot use. we have heard from multiple friends having themselves or known someone who has had a horrible experience with rocky motors as well. ***** ****** *** **** ** ** **** ***** DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
