Would give them a 0 if I could. Terrible customer service & getting back to you. Left numerous messages about my new side door & no one got back to me until damage to the door was done. (pictures on request) Spend a great deal of money on 2 doors that took almost 5-6 months to be installed. Not installed correctly & had a team member fix side door but not my front. Doors are not sealed properly & side door after being "tuned/fixed" began to stick. (Gas bill was $98.00 and jumped to over $400.00 after installation) We couldn't lock door & door began to be very difficult to open & close. Called numerous times for help, but no return call. Finally a chunk came off the door & again I submitted an email & phone message. (pic's were included) Finally received a call and a team member was booked almost 2 1/2 weeks later to inspect. (horrible!!!) Now they want more money from me for so called "abusing" my door!!!!! It's not my fault & I tried & tried to get someone to fix it but to no avail. It literally took me over 2 years to save for these doors & now this!!!!! **** ********* ** *****

As we would expect, the results of dealing with Brookside has been a 10/10. As all that have seen our front door , WOW factor, is there, . Excellent experience. From initial sales visit to communication, install, customer service and product quality, I would highly recommend them! It was a pleasure working with them. We had both doors and windows installed and are very happy!Review from Michelle R

**** was very scattered when presenting the products available
Ordered one window backwards
Contact began in 2020
Construction didn't begin until April 7,2021 and has yet to be completed.
The drywall around the sliding glass door is cracked
The trim around the front windows was never completed
The incorrect window has yet to come in
A worker put a handprint on my wall with caulk
The storm door was put on with screws that were too short (as per their contractor who I was not able to ******) so the frame is cracked and split... Most recent communication from Brookstone says it's not their error... But there was no storm door there before so the damage could only have been done by the only door installed and that was done by Brookstone.
It's been a year... And still they will not advise what they will repair.
We've stopped all other improvements until this company is done to further avoid damages... But being stuck like this is like being held hostage... If I paint and they mess it up, will they repair and if so, will I wait another year?
Looking at the mess every day is very upsetting, especially now they've started charging me for as job that is still not complete.Brookstone Windows & Doors formerly Sentry Windows & Doors Response
