      I purchased a scooter for my son before Sept 20th. After riding it once it started to make weird noises. A week later he brought it in. So it has been at Kanis for about 4 weeks now. After many phone calls about the status of the scooter, many promises that they will call you back, no one has reached out to us. This is disgusting. I guess I will be making a trip to the store in person to find out what is going on with a brand new scooter. Worst customer service ever. I don't know why they think that their time is any more important than mine. *************************************
      Update 11/06/2021 - I called another 2 times and again no call back. I finally spoke to someone yesterday and all of a sudden I get a ********** response that the scooter can be picked up ( I got the feeling that nothing got done on the scooter). Sure enough go in today to pick it up and scooter is still behaving the same way. Battery is at level 1 when going at high speed and it only goes to 3 bars when going slow. The guy at Kanis tells me it's supposed to be that way. ************************. Nothing was done on the scooter. For a scooter that cost $565, that is unacceptable. And not to mention the scooter is filthy. I want my money back and will go somewhere else that cares about their customers! *************************************************************** **********************

      To start with the scenario, when we sold the bike to the customer she took it and after a few days she brought it back saying that it doesnt work. so that was the responsibility of the company to fix the scooter at no additional cost for the customer since we have a 30 days policy. but we were able to fix the scooter. the only reason we kept it in our warehouse is that we were getting a part from china and those parts took time to ship. That was out of our management control. we tried to get the part local but wasnt successful in doing that. we kept explaining to the customer that we wont be able to fix it unless there has been the part. as per cuatomer service we have been trying to deal with the issue but unfortunately due to shipping times and delays the scenario was beyond our control.

      First of all, I never purchased a bike but a scooter.
      Second of all, I didn't bring the scooter in but my son did.
      Thirdly, they never once contacted us about status of the scooter but rather we followed up on numerous attempts with no success.
      Lastly, I would like to know what exactly they fixed on the scooter?
      Finally, the scooter that they provided to me is not even the scooter I purchased. ************** I will be submitting a separate letter outlining the sequence of events and proof of the damaged scooter I was provided. I will also be filing a complaints with consumer protection.

      I purchased my ATV in Feb. 2021 not even five minutes after starting it and riding it, it started to smoke and the rear brake didn't work. After checking it I found the brake line melted. Who ever put it together put the brake line on wrong and it was resting on the muffler. I call Kanis Power Sports about this and was told to not worry about it that they would ship me a new line in a couple days. It's eight months later and no brake line, just every excuse possible. They never returned any phone calls and when I do get the salesman Max, he keeps telling me that he would look into it and he would call me back. But that never happens. Was going to buy two ATV'S for my grand children to ride with me on the trails behind my place, but I will not ever buy anything at Kanis, and anyone thinking of buying there should go somewhere else.
