I'm the wrong guy, just got the number they have listed. I receive numerous ******** **** ***** calls. Had to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency. They refuse to take the number off robo call. I'm the wrong person. This collection agency ** ****** *********** *** don't abide by the debt collection practice act. I asked them NOT to use our land line phone number ******* ** ** ****** *******. I gave them the cell number to call for the person they are trying to collect from. . Is it possible you can email our collections manager at *******@*********.ca. They have been calling non stop. I called them back to tell them to remove my name from the calling list, since I am not the person to contact, and they told me that they were not allowed to do so. Then they called again and left a pre-recorded message. Needless to say, I called them back to let them know my rights. They replied that I was very rude, so I replied that I since I was not responsible for that debt and that the fact that I felt ******** will do that. Poorest service I have ever received with the lowest kind of customer service. I advise anyone to check on their rights if they receive these kinds of calls and to let them know that they do not have the right to ****** you if you are not the one responsible for the debt. If ********** persists, I will fill a complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. *************************************************************** ********International Credit Experts Inc Response

Thank you BBB. Thanks to you, I was able to get the needed information to have my name removed from the list. I called Mr. Joshua D., who turned out to be very understanding and assured me that my number will be removed from the list. He is very pleasant to talk to. I felt understood and looked after. Thank you to everyone who has helped me since it has put my mind at ease. Happy Canada Day weekend to all of you. I would like to change my rating to all stars if possible :)Review from Anjelika M

I had been in search of where my debt was sent a day before I got the call from this company, so it happened to be very convenient timing. I had trouble figuring out the e-transfer and also asked the lady helping me to repeat herself a bunch, but she was very friendly and patient with me, which I appreciated. This company has continually called our business phone looking for a person that never worked here. I have called them multiple times to correct them but continue to have robo calls leave multiple messages in our phone system. No company should be allowed to use robo calls to do this. This company has repeatedly called my work trying to contact me. They have my phone number and physical address.
A Jacob G. ext *** talked with my manager trying to get me to call him.
I am asking for a cease and desist from calling *************** house number in Saint John NB.

Good day Mr. F.
Please be aware this matter was already resolved last week when we received a email from Mr. L. from the Government of New Brunswick. We have removed your place of employment number in which you had provided as a contact number when applying for credit. Please be aware International Credit Experts had tried to reach out to you at your place of residence numerous times in which we never got a response back from you. We did want to speak to you regarding two matters you have listed in our office, and tried to reach out to you at your place of employment to verify a time in which you can give us a call back to discuss your accounts with us. At no point in time did we ever speak to you regarding these two matters, and at no point in time did we ever receive a letter stating you did not want contact at your place of employment in which you had provided this number as a contact number. As stated above this matter was already dealt with last week and you will receive no further contact at your place of employment.
