      ******* ****** ************* *** **************** *** *** ********* *** ********* One instructor in Abbotsford was wonderful and a couple of people spoken to in Vancouver were great! However, the lady (Louise) who runs the office in Abbotsford, BC ** ********** ********* * ** ********* ******* *** ** ****** ** ***** ** * *** ** ***** She's very hostile and unorganized. She had taken payment from my account on the wrong date causing me two NSF fees. She also gossips and talks badly about students to the instructors. One of the instructors (David) was pushy, and pressured me to do things I said multiple times that I did not want to do. Instructors switched multiple times. The road test was cancelled for no significant reason. Louise will forget everything you talk about via phone, and forget to send emails with payment agreements or lesson dates. The original package I bought was changed and I was given fewer lessons. They changed it from 1 hour/60 mins to 90mins. ******** ***** **** *** ***** ******* **** **** ******* *** ******* ********  Now they're refusing to refund me for the lessons that I have left. I feel extremely uncomfortable working with this company any further, and by the looks of it many people have had similar issues.

      The customer was required to schedule lessons prior to her road test, which was originally set for August 2. Louise made recorded contact attempts on May 3, June 19, June 22 and June 27, without success in reaching the customer. Additionally, as the customer has an outstanding balance on her account as per email of June 27 with the subject "Notice of Outstanding Balance", Louise indicated that the road test would be cancelled if the customer did not arrange payment by the following day. The road test was then cancelled as the account was not fully paid. Notably, the customer contacted Louise on July 24 with email the following day inquiring about a refund policy, for which it was determined that the customer did not qualify for a refund as per her signed Policies and Procedures form. In an attempt to resolve this matter amicably, contacts with the customer were attempted by email and telephone during the week of October 2, for which response is awaited but to which no response has been received to date.

      I signed my daughter up for this program in December of 2020, currently, it is June 30, 2022 and she still has not completed her program that I spent $2,000.00 on.
      My daughter completed her online course (which was extremely glitchy and she had constant issues with it). When she started the online portion, there was no teacher. Eventually, YD advised that they now offer online with teachers present and they switched my daughter over to that. Once her online portion was completed, she waited 3 months before her first in car lesson. These were scheduled in May, 2021, with her remaining in car lessons scheduled in November. My daughter had forgotten about these appointments until the last one scheduled. She attended the lot where she was supposed to meet the driver and there was no one there, so she came home. We then realized that she had missed the 2 previous (keep in mind, this no show counted against my daughter and not the instructor, even though she was there and he was not).
      If the above was not enough, the first driving instructor my daughter had (she had to switch as this instructor was a danger on the road and continuously chewed his fingers and made my daughter feel uncomfortable), would grab the wheel of the vehicle when she was backing into a parking spot. I was there to witness this, as I was waiting to pick her up and watched it with my own two eyes.
      Also, YD advises that the driving instructor will pick you up from your home. This did not happen. I had to pay for my daughter to take ***** to the meet up location, which was by the driving instructor's house, not ours. We had to make it convenient for him, even though we were the ones spending the $2,000.00.
      To say I am disappointed with the conversation I had with Jim (the manager did not have the common courtesy to give me a call themselves - real professional), would be an understatement.
      I have 2 daughters ready to go through driving school and it looks like I now need to look for another provider

      Very upset with their service. One of my sons is doing his lessons over **** on weekends. Multiple times the class did not happen and on weekends, there is no one to call for help.
      We have two boys now ready to do their in car lessons, only to be told we have to wait until July as there is only one driver.
      They continue to sign up new customers and have no chance of supporting this volume of in car lessons.
      We have spent thousands with this office and have left three messages over 2.5 weeks for a manager with no call back.
      My son's friend is with a competitor for $1k less and is getting in car within a week of asking.
      We have no requested our money back as this office cannot meet the demand on them and have terrible customer service.

      Take your money with lots of promises they cannot fulfil starting with lack of driving instructors.

      What a GONG show and waste of money. Horrible customer service! For months my son has been taking the course online and SO MANY TIMES the system won't allow him to log in or it's offline. The whole point was to have flexibility when taking the course to work around other commitments but several times now when he has 2-3 hours to work away but he can't sign in. Calls to the Barrie office are ignored or it fall on deaf ears. Also, as advertised as a 30 hours course he has put in 50 hours and he's only at 47%... fyi insurance rates are barely reduced. Collossal waste of time and $$$.
