Recently I needed to replace a Fan coil (Unit provided by Unilux) filter In my ********** unit which still has not been finally closed. Building management told me to contact Unilux for the filters. I went to their site and ordered 6 filters. The website says 24-hour expedited delivery if extra money is paid. I opted for the expedited delivery. The website does not say anything about the timing of the order. I ordered it on a Friday and was expecting to get the delivery on Saturday. No delivery on Saturday so I sent an email to the link given on the website. The email came back undelivered saying the email address does not exist. On Sunday I tried the email link again with the same results so called their number and left a detailed message. Received a call back on Monday from someone named Paul C. Explained him the situation and asked to reimburse the extra money paid for expedited delivery but was refused. The filters were dispatched on Monday and or expected to reach Tuesday evening. ** ** ********* to claim something that is not true and giving an email address which do not work ****** ** ***** ** ****Review from Donna M

** * ***** **** * *** * ****** We have only lived in our condo for 3 1/2 yrs. We are the first owners of this new condo. Amazingly our Unilux furnace has ceased working! It does not blow out warm air but on occasion has nearly baked us at 28C during the night. We were never given any documentation re: the furnace or warranty with our purchase and of course we didn’t notice until now, when it quits! The HVAC people cannot figure out what is wrong so have ordered a whole new motor and controller. $$$. Checking the warranty online shows only a two year warranty, from the date it was shipped from the factory. Needless to say, the warranty was void before the condo was completed, and most certainly before we purchased it. *** ******** *** *** *** *** ******** ** ******* ** **** ** ******** ** your furnace product is not good enough to last longer than 2 yrs in a country that heavily relies on furnaces!! ***** ********** Do not recommend!!!!Review from Joey M

Unable to resolve incorrect time/time zone issue, resulting in the physical thermostat showing an incorrect time from what the app/web-app shows.
To add, the thermostat no longer connects to the internet due to a "backend" issue.
Because of these two issues, the thermostat does not work as promoted, and I can no longer control the temperature remotely/online.
Been going back & forth with their Service department (via email & phone) for 3+ months now, with no resolution. Now, they have stopped answering their phones and no longer replying to my email concerns.
Further, I asked to escalate and speak to the General Manager (Devin C.) and/or the Director of Engineering (Jigar P.) but received no response at all. I also tried reaching out to the GM directly, which I was intentionally ignored..
Poorly managed company, along with terrible support/customer service.
Business should no longer be able to sell products that do no function and that they cannot support.
