Won 13 lots / items at auction on approx October 03-2023. Of 13 pieces 8 were broken or otherwise did not function at all, 4 of which I did not win bidding but had added to my invoice (apparently the auctions “bidder” was over zealous and had acted “a little crazy that guy or something so now’s for you“, I don’t believe they declared an inside bidder was acting on their behalf, at least I could not find mention of it) 1 won lot was omitted, 3 lots where I had high bid were declined -I don’t know why, I never seen that outcome before out of 100’s of auctions. Vendor will not refund or provide any assistance with the issues. Will not provide a receipt after multiple communications . Will not provide HST number for taxes collected. I don’t know how far the “as is” clause works on their behalf so I was only seeking for the hazardous item that was sold with CSA cert but is in unsafe condition whether inspected or not I believe that is a big no-no . The other items although broken were not unsafe and I didn’t ask for anything against them, However I indicated that I would include them and incurred costs if I had to involve a 3rd party. *** ** ******* * **** ** ****** *** *** ******* ** ******* ** *** ****** ***** ** ******** ********** ** * ****** *** **** *** ********* ** ***** ***** ***** Invoice #*** I would have to unpack the tv again to picture the broken screen and it’s too heavy if not absolutely necessary, but I can on request, as well as invoice and email communications. All the items were sold on auction is "As is condtion" He picked the TV in a rough shaped Flatbed and how items are broken not working or any explanation he has for them. He is solely responsible for all items. We didn't advertise any goods as new or working condtion. we clearly mention on our auction "As is Condition" it can be anything, before registering to the auction he has read and accepted the condition of Auction.
