Got our quote from Home Stairlift on Tuesday, and our stairlift was installed Thursday morning. We were also trained on how to use the lift at that same time. It seems very straightforward so far. Carlos and Sean were awesome, and managed to answer every question we had. * *** ****** ********* **** ******** **** Aleksandra O.. was fantastic, and very knowledgeable about all your products when she visited us on Tuesday to give us the quote and also set up the installation appointment.Review from Rosemarie A

I have to thank Rolyn again for the efficient service in installing my lift. He was very helpful, patient and informative. Very pleasant person.

I recently broke my leg and live in a basement apartment and was not able to use the stairs to go out to the fracture clinic unless i had ambulance transfer which cost a great deal of money. My physio lady told me about this service so we called and they came out right away and measured up and we ordered a temporary stairlift for a three month period as i have been told by the doctor it will take that long before i will be able to put weight on my leg they came the very next business day and a gentleman by the name Junior came and installed it and very carefully explained how to use it. although it is very easy to use he made sure i understood everything about it. *****************************************************. Everyone involved from this company were very polite with us old folks which included Sarah at the office, Mo who came to the house to measure up and Junior who installed the equipment Jane H

Today Japhet came to service our stairlift. He arrived within the time stated, was very courteous answering all my questions & explaining what was needed. He did a thorough check of the chair, tightening screws, cleaning etc all at no cost. It has been 3 yrs since we had the chair installed & we are happy with this company's performance.
