      Hello. I created two accounts on webkinz. The first account was created in 2008 and I had logged into it at least once a year up until 2020 or 2021 when I noticed it had been deleted. I could not log into it at all. Upon emailing Webkinz they told me there was no account that existed by that name. However, when I send the account a friend request it says that it was sent. After this, I created a new account. I tried to log into it again right now and of course, it too has been deleted. This is not okay because on my childhood account my parents spent at least over $100 dollars on it for it to be deleted for no warning and to be told it never existed. Then, I spent $60 dollars on the new account I created and again it's been deleted. My desired solution would be to either get both or either accounts back, and if not a new account with some of the animals and items I owned. ************* * ***** **** **** ***** ** * ****** ****** ** ******* ** ******** ** ******* ***** *** * **** ****** ** ** ****** *** **** ** * ****** ***********

      Thank you for your email. It appears there's a bit of confusion on your end with regards to the usernames you have created on webkinz. 

      We have not deleted your *********** - it still shows as active in our database. In case you don't remember your password, we will need the pet name on the account in order to reset your password for you. 

      As for the account connected to the pet code you provided - it is NOT on the *********** account, it's adopted on another account and here's the username for it - **sent to you in a different email**

      As for your account ******** this is also not deleted but we can't access it until you provide us with either a pet code from this account or a few pet names from this account. 

      Additionally, just so you know our team doesn't work on the weekend. So please be patient with our replies.

      FYI - no emails are set up/associated with any of the accounts in question.
