I had a ring I wanted to use to make my husband's wedding band. This ring had some sentimental value to me. This ring had one Canadian cut diamond(Center stone) and 48 little diamonds in 14kt white gold. It was perfect to use for my husband's wedding band. The 48 diamonds would represent his age and the center diamond our day. The day I got the call that the ring was ready was the day before the wedding. Went to pick up and it was yellow gold not white. They rhodium plated it for the and we took it back after the wedding. When we went back to pick it up again I had asked if they could take a bit off the price for all the inconvenience they had caused. No, we would be losing money they said. I just paid and left. I was curious to make sure all the diamonds were there especially the Canadian diamond so I had it appraised though they were suppose to include an appraisal with it. The appraisal came back that the Canadian diamond was there but my 48 diamonds were not but replace with smaller diamonds and only 42 of them. I went to the store and ask what was going on and he said to me, you got better diamonds so what's the problem. I said they are not my diamonds and then he (****) started yelling at me, ***************************************************************** ************************ I have never been treated so poorly by a business, feel like I've been ripped off and frauded
