********* ******* **** under warranty Rpms and vehicle speed unresponsive to driver causing vehicle to speed and decelerate uncontrollable almost causing on 4 different occasions. Over a span of monthsFirst time break down happened dealership unable to find anything wrong declared vehicle safe and road worthy changing me money to get vehicle back into possession of owner.Second time break down different error message then first dealership unable to replicate issue nore fix anything dealership declare vehicle safe and operational. Wanted $200 for release of vehicle. Owner ( my self refused had meeting with ***** (manager of Anderson's) to which he said when it happens again maybe we can come up with the fix and he waved the fee for $200 and made an open work order on the vehicle.Third time and forth time happened on Sunday July 16, 2023 vehicle lost control again so plug in an OBDII reader and drove it till the forth time happened. Have a reading of issue live view of it. Contacted ***** manager of Andersons detailing this happening and expressing my safety concern about the vehicle how it is not road worthy and that I was sold a lemon also stating that I would like a replacement vehicle of same value as obviously the dealership is unable to repair the car. Showed up at Gordon Anderson's automotive service department pulled into garage. Went to service desk. Told them I am here. The car is malfunctioning again to which they went and got *****. ***** ordered me off the premises to drive the car that is not roadworthy and is unsafe. I was ordered to drive it off the premises or he would call the cops. ***** called the cops to which during the time of before them showing up he kept on coming out and harassing me as I was on the phone with GM trying to get a tow service arranged and a way of getting the vehicle off the premises. By the time the cops showed up I had enough. I spoke to the police. No charges laid. Almost more to story also.
