I had a plumbing emergency and called looking for help. Mark who took the call was reassuring and helpful. He said they could get a plumber to my house before noon and with water dripping through my basement ceiling, I was very relieved. Other plumbers had no one who could come for two to four days! Blue Collar Plumbing did NOT charge a fee to just come to my house. Another company told me it would be $450 for them to just to come to my house. Blue Collar plumbing told me if my problem turned out to be a simple fix, I would be charged for a simple call. If it was more complex, I would be given an estimate. No fee just to come to the house and the hourly rates for service were very reasonable. I hired Blue Collar Plumbing on the spot and Jason was at my house by noon. Jason found the problem quickly. He was very professional, friendly and reassuring. Also, he consulted us about how he could fix the issue and then worked quickly to get it done. It turned out to be a simple fix and I was charged less than $200. I am keeping the name of Blue Collar Plumbers in my address book in case I have more plumbing problems. They are the best people you could call.
