I bought the jacket a few years ago. After like a year of wearing it my cuffs got completely destroyed. Also zipper stopped working properly and it’s stopped being warm after two years. I had the issue with cuffs on my ******** parka a few years ago, in 2018, I dropped my jacket at the Toronto location and they fixed it under their warranty. Now they are saying that they don’t accept in person drop offs and I have to ship it via ****** ***** ** **** *** ***** I live 10 min away. Do I really have to pay $$$$ just to ship my ********** parka. It is a pricey to ship such a heavy jacket. What is the rationale behind this policy? Why people need to ship under warranty items on their own dime?

Canada Goose, once the pride of Canadians, is no longer what it used to be. My jacket started coming apart at the seams after wearing it only three times. When I took it to the Yorkdale store, their staff inspected it and assured me it was covered under warranty, with a cleaning fee of no more than $40. I agreed to send it in for repair, but their repair team turned out to be outrageously greedy. They claimed that seam splitting was not covered under warranty and demanded nearly $200 for the cleaning fee. Can you believe it? It’s absolutely ridiculous! * ********** ******* ****** **** ********* *** ***** ******* *** ********** *** this outcome is a direct result of their excessive brand premiums catching up to them. Pushing all these losses onto consumers is not only unfair but ********. They’re withholding my jacket and refusing to return it, but I don’t want it anymore. Instead of paying them over $200 for cleaning and another $400 to fix a damaged piece, *** *** ** *** * ***** **** ********

I was given the ********** Parka in black, size M as a gift in late 2022. I have worn it no more than 7 times. The label, Velcro and the sleeves have started fraying as the jacket lay hanging in my closet. I have worn it a total of 3 days this winter (to make it up to 7 days in total) and realized it is not warm at all. The wind gets in despite my best efforts at cinching the waist and using the interior waist belt. The jacket is extremely restrictive and will not allow any activity except walking. I can’t even get into a car wearing this. It costs $1695. ** * ********** * *** * ***** ****** **** ******* * ****** ** *** **** ** * **** **** ****** * **** ***** ** ***** **** *** **** ******** ***** ****** ** ** ********** *** ******** ******** ************ * **** **** ****** **** ******** ****** *** ***** ******* ** ***** ********* **** **** ** **** **** ** ******** Canada Goose is a fashion brand. They claim lifetime warranty but it is impossible to call that claim in. There models have some of the worst zippers i have ever experienced and nobody will own up to it. They also encourage you to simply buy a new coat which is wild considering cost instead of repairing faulty manufacturing.

I purchased a ****** coat from Canada goose approximately 3 years ago and the jacket was worn less than 10x of ownership . Since my purchase the weather here in New York did not call for such a heavy coat fast forward to this year when I decided to put the coat to use, I found that the right side of the coat was flat so I decided to make a warranty claim and send the jacket back for repair. Canada goose confirmed via email that received my coat and that they will do an inspection to see if in fact the coat is serviceable. Some days later I received a email stating that the coat is covered under warranty and will be repaired, once the repair is completed the coat will be returned to me. At the time I was happy to hear that my $1300 coat could be repaired considering the coat is practically new. One week later I get a “we regret to inform” email stating the inside feathers had mold ! Again I hardly wore the coat! How can this happen?? I called the warranty department to find out how come they approved my repair and then changed their mind . Wasn’t the inspection already completed? Why would they send me a confirmation email stating my coat is approved for repair ? Doesn’t make sense to me .. it’s so unfair to the consumer who spends money buy a brand like this .. they don’t back the warranty and can tell u anything…. Their customer service representatives have no compassion for the consume and is a complete waste of time My complaint is it’s unfair to tell the consumer that it’s covered under warranty and a week later give them a story about mold …. Sounds to me like I was wearing a product from Canada goose that was defective to begin with .. All I’m asking for is to be compensated for the money that I spent or replace the coat

Tried canceling an order right after placing it but wasn't given the option. Was told it had to arrive first and then I could start the return process. However, submitting a return through their website doesn't work - I get an error message. I called their customer service number, and got a "cannot be completed as dialed" message. Their Digital Brand Ambassadors (live chat) said they would email me the return label, but after a couple of days and three requests, they still haven't sent it. Canada Goose seems designed to make returns impossible. Very bad *** *** customer service for a luxury brand.

*********** Fleece Hoody****** I have purchased this item last year, as a trade in item for my old Canada Goose. I purchased at Yorkdale Store. However, this year when I took it out to wear it, it sheds significantly all over my clothes. I have send it back to the company for "warranty inspection" yet they have replied me that "....made from recycled wool. It's common for recycled materials to produce some lint after cleaning, and this is perfectly normal." Also, with no suggestion, no recommendation, no assistance, they replied "Given this, the Quality Assurance team has decided to initiate the return process for your garment." I do not recommend any Canada goose item anymore, as they do not care about after sale customer service. They will probably do something about the lifetime warranty parka, *** ***** **** ***** ****** *********** **** *** *** ****** ****** ***** ****** *** **** *** **********

They have exceptional service. I came in the first time to purchase a ******** Parka Heritage and it was wonderful. I later found a tear on the string that adjusts to your body shape and the exchange went smoothly. I then came back a third time as this jacket seemed considerably less effective in warmth as the first jacket I had with the tear. The employess then helped me find the perfect canada goose parka the third time without any flaws and its warmth and durability is amazing. -****
