I purchased a reverse retro (ie a limited supply jersey) from coolhockey (CH) in November. The jersey was delayed a month but showed up in February via ****** CH sent the jersey (worth about $300) in a single shipping bag with zero additional protection ***** ******* ******* ** ***** ********* ** ******** ****** ***** * ******* *** ** ****. The jersey came wet from rain water that got in through a small hole in the bag, smelling terrible, and with a burn mark or some other black stain. After my complaint they tried to blame ***** when the damage is clearly CH's fault. They offered me a jersey on their site but not a replacement of the one I ordered or a refund. I told them I want my refund and they have not responded to my request.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/20/2022 for a ******** ********* Reverse Retro jersey. I ordered a jersey over a month ago on 11/22/22 order ************ When it was ordered I called and talked to Richard and was guaranteed if I ordered then I would have my package well before Christmas. I have been emailing Richard and been receiving promise after promise that my time would ship. Then on 12/23 he stopped responding and my order h=still has not been shipped.
