OCT 2020 I signed a contract with Nick to do my asphalt driveway with a deposit $200.00. He told me someone will be in touch if they have time to do my driveway by November 2020. I only heard back from them in July 2021 and the initial removal of the old asphalt was done with additional rocks they requested a payment of $1 100 which I paid on July 27th 2021 via email transfer. I requested to have them place me on their recall in August because my driveway drain needed to be repaired. I called back Nick to know when they would return to finish the driveway asphalt. I was told at ge end of August. I called the 1st week of September and they said they were behind schedule and they would not forget about me like they did in Oct 2020. I called back mid September and they said they will be here at the end of September. I called the first week of October same response that they will be by mid October. I called at the end of October they had no clue when they would be finish my asphalt and we were approaching November. My Tempo had to go up because I share a driveway with my neighbors. I ended up having another company finish the job for full price. I am requesting a partial refund for the money I paid since the job was not completed. $200 deposit + $1 ,100 minus their cost to remove the asphalt and rocks. ******** ****** ************
