      I ordered carbon fiber motorbike parts from MotoComposites on August 18th of 2020. It was months and I hadn't received my parts, they didn't send them till after I asked where they were. They had initially told me that they would be 4 - 5 weeks to make the parts as they were a custom order. On October 26th they said they had all but 2 parts and that they would ship the rest when they were ready. They sent the last two parts, after I asked about them again, on November 23rd.. when I got the parts they did not fit at all, they seemed like they weren't even for the right model of bike. I emailed them regarding the parts on January 15th, the day after I finally received them. Right away they answered and asked for photos, I sent them photos and waited for a response till March 4th. They said that the molds weren't correct and they had to make new ones then they would send out the new parts. Once again I had to ask what was happening with my parts. They didn't have the parts done and ready to ship till June 23rd. They requested that I destroy the old parts and send them pictures, I did so but was away and couldn't do it till October 7th. When I got the new parts they fit even worse than the first time. They requested new photos of the parts, I sent detailed photos on October 31st. They responded on November 11th stating that the molds have no issues and that the parts don't fit due to other aftermarket parts (there aren't any other aftermarket parts) they said they have sold dozens of these parts and never had issues before, which is a bold statement considering they had to re make the molds due to them not being right.. I have since emailed them on the November 11th, 21st, and December 13th all with no response. I have asked for a refund twice and have been ignored both times. They will not answer my emails, it has been 53 days since I heard from them last. Order #*****, cost $1788.01. Bad customer service and terrible parts, I just want my money back.
