Paid a total of $766.41 tax included. Never received a confirmation the tires were shipped, never received any tracking information. Spoke with customer service at one point to inquire and was told they had shipped, but they were unable to provide tracking. It was mentioned if I wanted tracking, they had to apply to get it or something along those lines and I would not receive it until after my order was already delivered. I contacted customer service again on October 18, 2022 and was sent a copy of the chat transcript with ****** ******* who seemed surprised I did not receive confirmation or tracking and would send my complaint off to management. That same day I was sent tracking and infirmary they had been delivered. Long story short, the tires were delivered to my front porch without signature by *****. My pet sitter was home at the time and mentioned she did see them on the front porch, but by the time I got home to bring them inside, they were gone. Once again I contacted customer service after checking with neighbours to see if I could find some footage of what happened to them. I was told they would look into it and that I would likely receive a re-shipment. Ultimately I was told it would not be covered. I asked to have management contact me and never heard from anybody.
