On Nov 11,2022 I ordered a gasket set from den parts automotive for my utv. A few days later I realized I ordered the wrong one. A cost of 240$. I contacted the company by phone. They informed me to simply return the gasket set as it had already shipped and once they returned it back the would refund my money in full. I did that. Confirmed via tracking number that they have received it back. And began trying to contact the company in December to move forward with a refund. Since then all emails and phone calls have gone ignored and unanswered. Now I am out 240$ and I have no other course of action except you. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

I made an order for a starter motor on dec 9 2021. This order cost $167, and the order number was *****. Once I made the order I was redirected to a page that said my order was received. I never heard anything from the company about shipping or tracking. I attempted to contact the business several times over the past 2 weeks and have been unable to reach anybody. The pictures attached below show a bank statement with the transaction, and the order received page I was directed to.Initial Complaint

I ordered a started from Denparts.ca on January 6th 2021. I instantly received an email saying my order was being processed. I instantly received a second email saying my order is complete with no shipping informaiton. My order in total was $112. I reviewed their tracking policy, cancelation policy etc onlie. I have send numerous emails and phone calls to seek direction in relation to my shipping. The voicemail indicated a completely different phone number than the one i dialed (and listed on their website). The website is very convincing.Customer response

I received an incomplete order. 1 item (the regulator) was missing. [Order #*****] (August 5, 2021) They do not answer their phone. In fact their message says "their voicemail is full so text us". After several text still no news from them.
