Zero ability to contact them by phone or email. No tracking or order confirmation emails. I did receive the item within a week and it seems of decent Chinese quality Wyze brand) With no ability to contact them it isn't worth it if there is an issue with your order.Review from Cam N

I ordered/paid for a starter motor and received an email saying my order had been received followed shortly by one that said my order was complete but no shipping/tracking details were sent. $20 paid for "fast shipping" but after a week I hadn't received anything. I emailed and asked and received no response in 24h. I texted and received no response but ironically, about 20 min after texting the part was delivered to my door. Took 10 days to get the part (I'm in ******** and it came from Concord ON) but I did get it. Was also worried it was a scam but I think more that communication is an issue and I suspect it's a business run by one or two people so it's hard for them to keep up. The pricing is decent and it seems they will fulfill orders.Review from Dustin B

Honestly thought this was a scam, given all the terrible reviews, but I got my brand new part 2 days later. I put lots of pressure on them since i was convinced it was a scam, but I got the part so need to be honest, so my experience was ok, but.....communication is Awful, never answered my numerous texts, emails or voicemail, so zero stars for that, but I got my part.Review from Frank B

AVOID THIS ***** AT ALL COSTS!!!! TOTAL *******!! His business principle is 1) Take order 2) TAKE MONEY 3) Don't ship product 4) Don't provide any product tracking info (obviously because he never shipped it in the first place) 5) Never answer a customers email 6) Never answer a customers text 7) Never answer a customers phone message 8) Move on to next order and repeat from the top This company is a text book case of online ****, this guy belongs in a ******* *******Review from Jack B

Not possible to give a 0/5 rating so i gave 1/5. Ordered a started. I received an order confirmation and nothing further, unable to reach the business by phone to talk to someone and they are not returning my several emails or phone calls. Terrible customer service!
