Our records indicate this order was received on December 17th 2023 with a preferred delivery date of December 21st. Unfortunately the transit time outlined on our website stated 1-5 business days via Expedited Shipping with ******* being 5 business days and ******** business day.
The service selected was Monday to Friday only. As part of our **************** policy, we advised the client the order may not arrive in time for Christmas with an option to upgrade to Express delivery. The cost was an additional $29.99 but not obligatory.
The clients response was to cancel and issue a refund. The refund was issued by our office on December 22nd.
