      I was emailed a quote from Wheelwiz and when I went to actually make the purchase online on September 2nd the price was approx $700 more. I contacted the sales manager and he will not honour the quote that was sent earlier in the day. The quote stated that it was good until September 4th and didn't state that pricing was subject to change. It clearly stated the price and total and when it expired. The price of the wheels increased on September 2nd but I had already been sent this email indicating the price I would pay. I feel like if they sent me something in writing they should honour it.

      I believe that Wheelwiz scammed me. As a first-time buyer, I made a mistake in ordering the right size of rim. I contacted customer service to request a replacement. The customer service was terrible. They repeatedly reminded me of my fault and customer responsibility. Penalizing me with 25% charges on basis of cancelation of product policy. I reminded them I wanted to make a replacement for the order. I didn't want to cancel. But kept showing me product cancel policy which had 25% charges on it. They stated that even if I replace it, I will still be charged $200 without any supporting documents. Their website states that there is no charge for replacement policies, and freight charges are not charged within ******. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Don't purchase anything from these scammers. They are patiently waiting for you to make one mistake and then charge.

      We're sorry that you had a bad experience shopping with us. Our intention is never to disappoint our customers. We would like to take this opportunity to respond to your feedback and provide some clarification as to what exactly happened here.

      Firstly, we do not appreciate being accused to being scammers. We are an honest company and there's nothing fraudulent about what we do here. We do not wait for customers to make a mistake, it's the last thing we want.

      In your review, you mention that you indeed made a mistake by ordering the wrong diameter (18" wheels) rather than the correct size for your vehicle (20" wheels). Our website is set up to promote the correct diameter when the year, make, model and submodel is provided. It is paramount to mention that the wheels that you were sold still fit your vehicle perfectly despite being the incorrect diameter.

      Our return policy is very clear and states that if an order is being returned due to customer error, we will charge shipping fees to return the order (and restocking fees if no new order is placed). In the case of your order, we chose to waive the restocking fee as a compromise with you as you were quite upset about the situation.

      We want to be clear that we will not be held responsible for customer errors and will not pay for shipping to resolve an error that did not stem from us. It is ultimately your responsibility to know what wheel size you should order.

      If we make a mistake of any sort, we will own up to our error and will cover all shipping fees. We feel this is fair and logical.

      We find it very disappointing that you refuse to assume any sort of responsibility for an error that ultimately stems from you and would rather put the blame on us and accuse us of scamming you.
