      Hi , My bag came damage and i informed it at the airport and collect the PIR forms . They have taken all the necessary documents and photos of the bag and after that i am chasing the airline for the compensation. I have been always keep informed montreal team will contact and transfer the reimbursement but till now no resolution. Very disappointed with this airline . Need solutions please help*** * **********

      To start off, I encountered a major problem while going through the check-in process at X** Airport. The supervisor informed me that I could only have one carry-on bag weighing a maximum of 7 kg. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to bring my personal bag with me and had to leave it behind at the airport. Despite my attempts to explain that a personal bag is typically permitted, my explanation was disregarded.Moreover, I was willing to pay the overweight fee, which I was informed was $255 USD plus tax. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay this high fee to avoid abandoning my belongings. However, to my surprise, the supervisor informed me that they only accepted cash. This left me with no choice but to leave my bag behind, resulting in the loss of several valuable items. Adding to the frustration, there was no option to store my bag temporarily until my family could come and pick it up, and it was unfortunately thrown away in the garbage bin.Furthermore, the rest of my journey from **** to ********* was incredibly distressing. I have preexisting conditions such as lower back problems and diabetes, which often lead to leg numbness. Consequently, I need to stretch my legs frequently. Taking these circumstances into account, I paid an extra $113.9 CAD to book seats with extra legroom. However, upon boarding the plane, I was assigned a different standard seat with limited legroom, which caused immense pain in my back throughout the entire flight. The agony and discomfort I experienced due to the incorrect seating are indescribable. I exchanged multiple emails with the company regarding the reimbursement for the damage to my personal bag and the disrespect I experienced due to their error. Unfortunately, they persistently deny any wrongdoing and fail to acknowledge the distress they caused me. Their only action was to refund the amount I paid for my seat. for this, I cannot in good conscience recommend this airline to anyone seeking fair and respectful treatment.
