            I ordered and ate the food from this company in May. After my first meal I started getting diarrhea. I continued eating the next meal the next day, it tasted odd and super salty so I contacted the company and got a store credit. I continued having nonstop diarrhea but after 3 days of having diarrhea 10 to 20 times daily and vomiting, I decided to go to the emergency room. They put me on IV fluids and IV Zofran. I was advised to stop eating the meals. I had never been more sick in my life. I had to fast for a week because I was not well enough to eat anything. I didn't complain until now because I was afraid to cause a stir but I realized I'd wasted my money on bad food. I have never been so sick in my 37 years of life.

            I decided to try this out for a week thinking it would be better then buying groceries. After paying a week before. the delivery driver did not follow instructions and the package was stolen cause it was left outside(apartment building)After processing a refund 24 hours later because they took forever to get the proof of delivery. I'm told it will take **** business days.During this time my debit card was lost and needed to be replaced. I did that then realized they'd be refunding to an inactive card. So ita been 2 weeks I've been without a budget of a week's groceries. So I call telling them my card is lost. 2 separate advisors tell me they cannot help me and that they refer me to a supervisor but they cannot guarantee or tell me when.So I check in 23 hours later. I'm scolded by the advisor for not waiting the full 24 hours(I was nottold) and that it can be up to 48 I have never interacted with a company that requires 48 hours to get back to you when you are trying to speak to a supervisor. This is a f****** waste of time and money they are not prepared to deal wi th a cross ****** scale.
