This company is closed after five and does not have voice mail. So I cannot leave a message. Shortly thereafter my neighbor rang my door bell and I said Hello. She then proceeded to tell me that my counters where at her house. I was troubled that the company completely did not listen to me to leave the counters at my house. The worst part is that the counters they sent are not the ones I chose with the sales representative ******. I immediately called back but as it was past five Friday afternoon I had to wait till Monday. I was given an appointment to have the counters returned and they did not show. up either. ****** has ignored all my emails for help and instead a new man left a message at my number telling me .
