    I purchased 011427 Valve 2" S X (Cespa Val 201) for our Spa from Club Piscine on Nov.22, 22 Facture : 305090 (it cost 29.99 + tax). This part connects by glue to other parts, which we also had to re-purchased (cost 124.00 + tx). Due to supply shortages it took some time to collect them. My husband finally installed them a month ago. We recently discovered that the Valve is leaking through the seams (refer to pics). It is incredibly disappointing discovery because as mentioned it is glued to several other parts that now as a result of this defect have to be re-purchased. I reached out to the manager ******* ******* to make a warranty claim, he only offered us a 45$ gift card, which I declined because it only cover the cost of the Valve and does not factor in our added costs and inconvenience. I asked him to instead replace the parts because it would be at cost to them, and he confirmed that they don't have all of the parts due to supply shortages which means that it is going to take us many months (again) to gather them.

    I purchased a pool from Club Piscine on ******** Street in Gatineau in April 2022 with a planned delivery date of July 4th. I have since paid the pool in full as it was requested by the company. Since June 29th, I have sent 8 e-mails and left over 10 voice messages to enquire about delivery and installation of the pool and have not received a single reply. I have had to move my vacation by a few weeks hoping to get a reply. I contacted our seller on Saturday July 16 to see if he could be of help. He advised that delivery and installation are in another building but did send them an e-mail asking then to touch base with me. I have still to get a response. Prior to me paying the pool in full I would receive weekly e-mails from them and since the pool has been paid in full I can not get someone to reply to me. When you sign the contract for the purchase of the pool they provide you with an e-mail address and a phone number to contact to schedule your pool delivery and installation. Unfortunately after many attempts and even asking for a manager to call me back, still no answers. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Be **** of purchasing from that store!!
