I bought an inground pool from Trévi in June 2021. Excavation and installation was due to begin in August 2021. Unfortunately, nothing was done before the first week of November (the 5th), when I received a call from my neighbor telling me that there was big machinery in my backyard and they were about to start digging. I had not received any calls or emails from Trévi to inform me. Excavation and installation of the pool walls and liner, went on untill mid December and they were still not done. The job kept being delayed. They disregarded the contract where it clearly said that the whole installation from beginnig to end would take about 21 days. That was a lie and they couldn't respect their own time line. In May 2022, they came and installed the pump, filter and heater. I had a young employee show me how the whole system worked. The pump was very loud and the sand filter seemed to expand when the pump was running. When I questionned him, he reassured that it was normal and that the pump was supposed to be loud. I finished my landscaping in the beginnig of July, at which point we started to use the pool. The pump was still making a big noise and the filter pressure meter was showing 25 psi/kpa in the red zone and the filter was still expanding. I called Trevi and they told me to backwash the filter. I had done so several times, but nothing had changed. In september, the pump stopped working. I send it to get it fixed at Trévi. They said the pump was fine and it was an electrical problem at home. I paid 2 companies to have them check electrical and both confirmed it was fine. My pool was closed in beginning of October so my pump was not used from mid-september to october. When I reoppend my pool in May, the pump was still not working. I send it to Trévi and they refued to fix it or replace. A techinician from Trévi came to my home and confirmed that the pump had a manufacturing problem. Trévi still refused to get it replaced.
