    This review is for their on-line store. I used my PC, not my phone to start. The banner at the top of the web site offers a 10% discount on the first order but there is no link and nothing to indicate how to get this. So I emailed customer service and the reply said to "click "the black box bottom left to sign up for texts". There is no such box on the web site. The box only exists on the phone app. This was not stated. So I downloaded the phone app and signed up for texts. No discount code was ever sent either by text or email. I checked my email spam folder. The next issue was their offer of paying taxes on the brand I wanted. I got to the pay page and they don't even display the taxes there. So you're taking an enormous chance that taxes will be paid before you submit payment. Their ******** page contains negative reviews from online shoppers. Based on all of the above I opted not to buy from them. Too many red flags.

When we received your review, I was notified and wanted to address it immediately, personally, in hopes to rectify the situation and explain our virtual e-commerce platform.Per your feedback, I sent you and email, attaching screenshot to help show and explain how everything works:- We did not have your email address in our account database. However, I have taken the opportunity to add you. You will receive an account invite shortly as well as the welcome email.- Please note that the first order code may be used on certain brands, not all brands, as indicated in the pop up and welcome email. Certain brands do not allow any kind of discounting. Please let us know if you have any questions about this.- There are two ways to sign up for our newsletter and/or text messages. There is a little white box on the bottom left hand side of the website and also there is a pop upthat appears on our website a few seconds after loading the page.- The *** Pays the taxes (on 9 brands) is explained on the landing page of the website, when you click "learn more". How it works: we pay the taxes on your behalf (so no tax is charged). This is essentially the savings on these 9 brands. No code is required. Please note this event ends at midnight on Friday March 17, 2023.- Regarding the app, I understand from your message below that you downloaded it. Thank you! You will see there is also a first order app discount code, which can be used on certain brands. - We also have an excellent loyalty program, called the ************* You earn 5% Glow Points with every purchase. Please see the details on the website under "Glow Society".We hope you will reconsider your review and experience with ***.
