      We bought a ********* fridge in August 2021 (Contract #***********). It was damaged during delivery to our house. The handle is broken and can't be properly reattached but they left the fridge with us anyway, telling us that we would need to call Corbeil and it would be replaced within a couple days. We called Corbeil immediately and have spent the past 9 weeks being bounced between them and *********. Corbeil insists that we get the fridge fixed under warranty. ********* says it's not a manufacturer's defect. We were finally assigned a repair company (by Corbeil and *********) to fix this but they're now telling us that the part isn't available for at least another 12+ weeks. I have spent at least 24 hours on the phone between *********, Corbeil and the repair company trying to get this sorted out. I paid for a brand new fridge - not a broken one. I would like my fridge replaced with one that is not broken. I don't want to have to keep phoning three different places for follow up information, nor should I have to have a broken fridge sit in my kitchen for 20+ weeks. I've sent numerous emails to Corbeil customer service, most recently on September 17 and October 13. In various other online chats with customer service I was given conflicting responses (fridge to be replaced/repaired/had to deal with *********). I contacted customer service again via their online chat function on October 19 and requested to speak with a manager. I was promised that a manager would get back to me within 48 hours but have yet to be contacted. Nor have I received any responses to my emails to customer service. At this point, I would like the fridge exchanged for one that is not broken. I'm open to working with Corbeil to identify a comparable make/model if they don't have this one in stock. I don't think it's fair that I have to spend dozens of hours following up on repairs then wait months for parts when they knowingly delivered a broken appliance to me.
