    *Nov 2,2023:I purchased a HOOBS pro with the power adaptor Order ******. *Dec 22,2023:Received an email from HOOBS saying they apologize for not keeping me informed on the status of my preorder. *Feb 28,2024: Sent email to HOOBS, I want to cancel my order as I was moving. HOOBS responded asking my why and I told them. HOOBS said they have sent my request to their office. *March 8,2024: Follow up email asking the status of the refund. *March 9,2024: Email from HOOBS saying that it generally takes 14+ days to process. *March 25,2024: Email to HOOBS following up on the refund. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get it and it is almost 4 weeks. 8.March 27, 2024: Received email from HOOBS staying that my request is in queue for their office to handle,we do apologize about the longer than normal wait as we are experiencing more that normal request. *April 14,2024: I sent email stating, Following up, I was in the que weeks ago and do not have the refund.Do you have an anticipated date? *April 14,2024: Received email from HOOBS.At this time we are experiencing more than normal request,We do apologize about the longer than normal wait. Once your request is completed you will receive a confirmation email. *April 25,2024:Emailed HOOBS,I am getting very concerned that you have no plans to refund my funds.I started this process in February and it is almost May with no refund. I am constantly getting a reply saying that the wait is longer than normal.I believe that I have been more than patient.I would like a refund in the next 2 days.My other options are to go to my credit card company and show them what I have been trying to do and get my money refunded through them.Very concerned that my money has been taken with no chance of getting it back. *April 26,2024: Email from HOOBS. We do plan on processing your refund, it is currently in queue for processing. I have reached out to our office manager, once I see a change in status or hear back from them I will keep you updated.
