Went to Ardene to the new store in ******** for the 1st, not a very customer service experience.Got a note pad from the 70. % section, went to pay at the cash, employee told me this item is buy 1 get 50% for the second. I said it was on the 70% section, she said it should not be there, she consulted with her colleague they were almost inclined to give it at, 70%, but she said she must consult with her manager, comes back after 3mins, and I was told unfortunately, we cannot give it to you as this was not in the right place and maybe customer had put it there. I said well there were 5 of these notebooks in that section I do not think it was a customer , it was your error not mind, anyways it just a notebook, m not going to insist. My experience was disappointing, and it's definitely that they are not following the rules or choose not to ...they just lost and customer and probably many more,. Losing a customer for $15.00 . I went to Ardene store in ********* today at 12:50 pm .All the employees were too busy in their own job ,they dont even see if there is any customer in the store and dont even greet . Apart from all this they are never ready to help customer . I had an exchange and she made faces when I said so and when I said do you even want to help me and her attitude was extremely rude ,I told her I dont want your help with this much hate and negativity and I move to second cashier and I told her about her behaviour and I told her we need better staff who can give good customer service and she said she is a better . Her attitude was also same and the third cashier who was standing there didnt even bother whats going on and just looking in the papers in front of her. This is not the first time ,I dont like this location at all because of stupid staff who are very arrogant.Last time my experience was horrible too. Ardene in ********* staff is very helpful .Can I expect any action about this?
