            On Nov 18. 2022 3:30pm EST. I brought my vehicle over to ****** * ** **** ********** ** **** to fill up gas and use the carwash station. I have selected the safe touch option the one with the spinning red brushes. Upon enter I heard a loud crack. After the car wash I would wipe down the vehicle with a soft microfibre cloth. After wiping down the vehicle I noticed the driver side Fog Light is cracked. The driver-side and passenger-side fender had a gap. The car wash station rotating brushes has caught in between the cracks of the fender and pulled it out. There are also scratches on driver side door A panel. Right away I notified the ****** * Manager. He had reviewed the cameras and did verified with me there were no damages going in. I also have a video of proof on Nov 9 there were no damages or gaps. I have a video of the car wash on Nov 18. I contacted customer service many times, dozens of emails and phone calls. Just finally got an aswer today. They rejected my claim. They refuse to accept any responsibility. Totally unacceptable.
