****** ******* store-. We picked up the size of blinds we wanted and noticed that the were not marked as being on sale as advertised in the flyer. I still was thinking it was an oversight and went to the register to pay. Once there I inquired if they were on sale like advertised. The cashier said that they were not and I possibly was looking at the wrong flyer. I told her I accessed the flyer through the website for this location. She tried to explain that there are 2 flyers and some stores carry fashion so if it says **** fashion in it then its a different flyer. I was so confused and asked if I could speak to the manager, because we came from the other side of town and it was an easy mistake. The manager named *** came out from the back and didnt greet me but asked what flyer I was looking at. She was rude and obviously annoyed over me asking a question she must get often. I thought it was weird that a sign on the door stated that they will not tolerate abuse from people. Then after meeting the very rude manager eith no customer service skills I understand why people would get irritated. She kept telling me I was looking at the wrong flyer and it was like looking at a winners flyer shopping at marshals. I told her that it was not great example because The **** store and The **** home and fashion store have the same name and it was an honest mistake. Her own employees told me that it was confusing and that the Manager could be difficult. To say that rudeness was the so off putting that I refuse to shop here again. I tried to send a message to head office about the confusion with the flyers and the rudeness of a store manager. No one replied. What kind of company gets a bad review and doesnt acknowledge it?? Who would hire such a miserable person to help run a store?? I know a compAnt that doesnt care. So yes you deserve a 1 sta
