i purchased new range and it was defective as it touched the kitchen floor. they would not replace it, rather sent a technician 7 days later. found an issue after taking it apart. put it back together again , and have been waiting three weeks for part. brand new out of the box 2000$ and they would not replace it. i have to wait patiently as they enjoy my hard earned money. i will NEVER PURCHASE FROM GERMAIN ********* AGAIN !!!!! they should have exchanged it and dealt with the issue with the manufacturer. i feel like i now will have a refurbished appliance as it will have been put together and taken apart three times . when a seal is broken on certain items warranties are void and they are considered not new. looks like the seal on my range has been cut ! as my intentions of returning to this store. was hoping to have an enjoyable experience receiving a new appliance. has just angered me. all i wanted was a new range. not aggravation and loss of work for service repair. this store ***** for customer service. i would have been more understanding had the appliance turned defective after a month. but not defective as soon as it was plugged into the outlet !!!
