I ordered a sofa from Structube to be delivered June first. I couldnt unwrap it for 2 weeks as I was having all new windows put in and it was a mess. When I finally sat in it it was anything but soft Its called soft after a few days I complained and was told it was too late , the 7 day return date had passed. This sofa is uncomfortable, and doesnt fluff up because the cushions are very hard. Its really a defective sofa and Im stuck with a real lemon.Review from Ak I

Damaged Office Desk, After numerous attempts to get the situation resolved, including sending photos of the damage and spending countless hours on the phone, I am still without a satisfactory solution. The lack of communication and unwillingness to provide proper customer support is appalling.Review from Car H

Saw a beautiful table in their show room one year ago (May 2023) and purchased (payment in full). Was supposed to be delivered in July 2023 but was pushed back to August, then to October, then to December, then to February, then to May, now until July.a full 14 months after purchase. If they would have told me a more realistic delivery date, I would have made different decisions but Im too far in now (got the matching chairs and additional decor) No reason is ever given. Its now been promised on 6 different occasions. They clearly over committed with this table. If it wasnt available, it shouldnt have been in the showroom. I try hard to shop in a store with a door but these buffoons make it difficult. Enjoy Chapter 11 structube. Just hope it happens after I get my table. They havent even offered anything to make this better, only well, you can get a refund. Structube, youve had $1100 of my money for over a year. If I go for a refund, whats your interest rate?Review from Marino P

Cheapest quality furniture you can possibly buy and a nightmare to assemble!!! All made with bogus preswood and cardboard interior with the smallest of screws available so the bed can fall apart like it did in my case!! DONT BE Fooled By THE NICE BIG STORES and the COLOURS of the ****** Thats a coverup for the cheapest quality there is in the market!!!Review from Ryan L

The **** Sideboard piece is cheaply made and had many issues with the parts received. Two pieces were missing, and the heights of boards that should be the same did not match (the internal walls were different heights from the external walls, however they should all be flush with the same top and bottom board). As a result the pieces could not be fit together and the drawers and doors are skewed. Also several holes were missing.This was somehow classified as an "assembly issue" by their customer service team, which refused to replace the piece despite the objective flaws with the parts received. The team was frustrating to deal with and the product is unusable with what we have. Also unable to leave this review on their siteReview from Rob V

I bought a modular couch of theirs and the arm broke. Their customer service department made it clear that under no circumstances would they sell me a replacement. It literally broke from me rolling over while sleeping and hitting it with my elbow.Review from Atefeh K

Bought a coffee table (*********************) from Structube Signal Hill, *******. Within weeks, a small water spill caused significant color damage. Disappointed with the quality and lack of durability. Requested a refund or store credit to resolve this issue, but received no support from Structube despite attempts to contact them. **Absolute Scam Alert: Avoid Structube at All Costs!**Purchased a coffee table from Structube, and it was a disaster! Noticed scratches within a day and when I tried to return it, they shamelessly blamed me and refused a refund. Their customer service is a joke and their ethics, nonexistent. ********************** or energy on this disgraceful company. A warning to all: steer clear of Structube!Review from Deborah R

Structube has zero customer service and places the onus on customers when things go wrong.A manufacturer damaged sofa was delivered to my home in 2023. A large sectional. There is no option to pay for setup. I tried and was refused. I waited weeks for family to help me setup. Three bags of garbage and several blue boxes later, revealed a damaged sofa.The replacement sofa was delivered on Friday. Once again, I am left to deal with the garbage and setup. They refused to make me whole. Once again, I am left with the garbage and the setup. I live alone and am in my mid 50s.During the delivery, my entrance furniture and rugs were stacked in a corner, plants were toppled to the floor and broken and a photo frame suffered damage.When I contacted the store, the Regional Manager told me, in writing, I should be grateful I wasnt charged for the replacement and I failed to properly package up the damaged sofa. None of this had been discussed.I wish I could upload photos of the before and after mess Structube has left in my home.Review from O.A T

The manager ****** was so rude.he implied that I could not read and also called me s***** person for not coming twice to the store to pick up when he did not send the right accessories for my sofa This was the store at ***********
