Bought a winter tire set using their "buy according to year make and model" option. They said that the rims would perfectly fit my 2018 Tiguan, but when I tried to install them the inside of the steel rims were grinding on the break caliper. Couldn't return them so I had to buy wheel spacers in the front. 2 years later I am selling the rims and buying oem audi ones that won't require spacers because now the wheels they sent me has an awful vibration. The tires are good on the other hand, I will be keeping them.

**************** is subpar. Received wheels and tires and one wheel came with a decent sized ***** and scrape in the outer lip and another wheel with some light scuffs to the outer lip. I unfortunately did not notice the damage until after I mounted the wheels, and as per their policy, they will not cover it once the wheels are mounted. I emailed them 2 days after I received the wheels (the day after I installed them) but they would not make an exception to their policy. I did not even drive the vehicle as it is not even plated and it was parked in a garage.They did offer me a ~53% discount on the one wheel, but I'm still not happy with my overall experience. Not much care was put into mounting the wheels. They have good pricing but I don't appreciate their customer service. I will shop elsewhere.

Subsequently, on April 9, ************ contacted us regarding a damaged rim. We requested photos from him to assess the situation.In this case, there are two issues:The rims were installed on the vehicle, making it impossible for us to accept a return according to our policies, as the merchandise is now considered used.It is common for rims to sustain damage during installation. If the tire is left balanced upright, it may fall face-first as the front of the rim is heavier. Therefore, we have doubts about the source of the damage.Nevertheless, we have attempted to resolve the situation in good faith with ************. We credited him $100 out of the $185 he paid for the rim.However, ************ is not satisfied with this resolution and has requested a $150 credit out of the $185 he paid, a request we have declined.Best regards.

* ******** ******** *******. I ordered rims from them, and the countersinking into the lugnuts is too small in diameter to fit the emergency wrench and most sockets. No response from the company when I contacted them. I'm actually appalled that a company can legally sell such dangerourous and unsafe automotive products...given that they are based out of ******** in ******, it's no doubt they are aware of the dangers of being stranded in -30 degree weather. They should be sued for negligence.

As written on the website, with any kits of wheels, we recommend the purchase of lug nuts with them to prevent any issues whatsoever.In this case, there are two solutions, either you get a slim walled socket to keep in the trunk for the aftermarket wheels, or purchase a set of lug nuts to go with the aftermarket wheels.Those lug nuts are the tuner style and will come with the appropriate, slim walled key to go with them. The same as lock nut, you keep this key in the glove box for any emergencies or any visits to the garage. For reference, they look like this ;(image)We have them available BUT, in a pinch, any part store carries them as they are very, very common.
