      March 6, I received someone else's order ******* & the website showed my item from order ******* as delivered but it was someone else's order sent to me. I called customer service, waited on hold 10 minutes b4 opting for a call back, which once I got it, immediately disconnected. I called back again, & waited for an rep, then a rude girl named *** stated it wasn't her who caused the issue, so no apology seemed necessary. She refused to transfer me to a manager or even a representative. She told me to take the item to the post office. I live in the country, don't drive so I can't do this. I should not have to pay **** to fix their mistake. She stated if I wanted to keep the $110.74 item, I would have to pay for it. I advised I don't authorize charging my credit card for this, they need to schedule a package pick up with an alternate shipper, ie. *** etc. I advised her ***** has breached their own privacy policy by sending me the name/address/phone number of the other customer and sending my personal information to them. *** was not concerned. I advised this could end up as a legal matter, she still refused to provide any other contact information for either complaints, a manager/legal department/privacy, nothing. I called ***** head office ***** ******** to try to resolve this 3rd party disclosure/privacy issue, the receptionist said to call customer service & ask for a manager. I advised her I did this and was not allowed to speak with anyone, she stated too bad, she could not assist me other than to say call customer service. A stranger has my address/phone number/full name, this is unacceptable, ***** does not care. They have breached their own privacy policy which I read. I've left a voicemail for the customer whose information was sent to me, so they know what's transpired, & will see what they intend to do as well. This matter will probably end up in court.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Laura Brand regarding a recent purchase I made from their online store. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, I discovered it was defective.I promptly contacted Laura Brand's customer service department to address the issue and seek a resolution. However, my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. The representative I spoke with not only had an unapologetic attitude but also spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. She insisted that mistakes happen and refused to take ownership of the error or offer reasonable compensation to me for the inconvenience caused. The proposed resolution is inadequate and burdensome. They suggested sending a return label for me to package and return the defective item myself. This requires me to visit Canada Post for the return process or locate the exact item in the *** and physically exchange it. This defeats the purpose of online shopping entirely; if I had wanted to physically visit stores, I would not have opted for online shopping in the first place. As a longstanding customer of ********************** Brand, I am deeply disappointed by their lack of accountability, customer respect, and courtesy. The manner in which this matter has been handled reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. It is evident that ********************** Brand's customer service team is in dire need of comprehensive training on how to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily. In light of this experience, I have decided to cease any further purchases from Laura Brand. I value businesses that prioritize customer service and accountability, qualities which Laura Brand has failed to demonstrate in this instance. I respectfully request your assistance in mediating this dispute and ensuring that Laura Brand addresses their responsibility to provide adequate customer service and fair resolutions for their clients.
