Our Trvi experience has been extremely poor. The young salesman was very nice, but once the contract was signed, it all went downhill. They sent in a team that they hired to install a base for our new hot tub, which we were so looking forward to. They installed it crooked and then no one would take responsibility or make it right. We are left to figure it out on our own. They would not let ** talk to managers to find a solution. In all my years, this has been the worst case of poor customer service and execution on a contract. Stay away from these people if you value your time and sanity.

After sales, delivery and installation departments are totally ineffective, unreliable, non-trustworthy and lack transparency.Absolutely no internal communications between departments to resolve situations and/or problems.Review from Su L

Terrible experience as well. Currently in a build phase of in ground pool. Our contract with Trevi on this pool was slated for for Oct-2021 and we are now close to Jul-2022 and still not even near finished. This company main goal is to get the bank payment done by completing the payable steps first and then the remaining steps for in ground pool completion shall wait or in their excuse is delay due to weather for the past 30 days.It is utterly impossible to connect through their call line, and also their hired project manager continuously provides the same delay cause due to weather. I understand this summer weather hasn't been great but we it hasn't rained continuously for 30 days to continue installation.Per review below its seems that Trevi has over committed to projects at the expense of the consumer who has to wait very long time for the end product.If you plan for a pool in near future I would not recommend Trevi.SLReview from Dany E.

Terrible experience with Trevi.They do not show up at scheduled date and keep postponing non stop without clear reason.Impossible to reach a client service representative. They only work with emails.Pool membrane was installed initially with air underneath. Was told by there employee to call Trevi so they can fix it since it's a new installation. Was told by Trevi (emails..) that it is not under Warranty!! while it's a new installation and the pool wasn't even opened for it's first time.They also clearly have a communication issue between their own departments. I keep repeating the same issue over and over again. I cannot believe that cie is rated best managed cie at all unfortunately. I would never invest in a million years in a cie like that after my experience. They clearly take more contracts then they can afford to deliver in a quality way and they clearly don't care about it.
