            I purchased 2 sets of their playtex baby bottles this year, different times. I contacted the company because the bottles started leaking from the bottom. They said they would send replacement parts. They still kept leaking. I contacted them again requesting my money back and they stated that they don’t offer money back, that they can only offer “coupons” Intold them that if I am not happy with their previous purchase why do I want coupons? I had purchase an older style of the same bottle and that one I had no problems with. I asked them why couldn’t I get my money back, they stated that “their company doesn’t offer that”. They also said that if I had the receipt they may consider refunding my money. Who saves their receipt on baby bottles just in case they don’t work out?. This company is not customer service friendly and they have the worst customer service I have ever come across with. The place I would set the bottles at night for my baby even ruined the wood from them leaking all night.
