I bought a coat online from this business on November 15, 2021. It cost me $1243.00 It arrived with a broken zipper. I contacted the company to exchange it. They told me it could not be exchanged but I could return it for a refund. Their return policy is 14 days. So, I packed it up to return it, but was then contacted by the company to say I should send it to them for repairs instead. I spent $51.93 to mail it to them on November 22. It was returned to me on December 12. The invoice said that they had repaired a pocket. There was never anything wrong with the pocket. The zipper is still the same and not useable. The coat is not wearable with the zipper in the condition it is in. I emailed them immediately on Dec 12, but did not hear back. So I contacted them again through their website on December 15. I did not hear back. I emailed again on December 16, and did not hear back. I phoned them on December 17. The first person I spoke to said the zipper was inspected and was fine and did not need repair. He said it is just a "really good quality zipper" and that is why it is so hard to do it up. I said that was not acceptable and I want a refund. He said his supervisor would call me back. Someone named Jean called me back. She told me that actually the zipper had been replaced and it was fine. It clearly has not been, and it is still hard to do it up. I said that I want to return the coat and get a refund. She said that is not possible because it has been more than 14 days. I told her that was not acceptable to me and she said that her supervisor would call me before the end of the day. I never received a call. I am out almost $1300 and have a defective coat that I cannot wear. If I had just returned it at the beginning, I would have had my money back and would have bought a new coat by now. But, I returned it for repairs as they told me to, and now I am not able to get my money back* ****** **** ** ****** **** **** *** * *******
