In November 2021, I contacted the GP Service Colis company to send a 23kg package containing clothes and shoes for my family in Côte d'Ivoire for the 2021 holiday season. According to Mr Hima T**** owner of the said Company, the package would leave Montreal on November 30, 2021 for the Ivory Coast. He asked for $600 for postage and customs clearance. Until today, my package has not yet been received by my family in Ivory Coast. In January he contacted me to send him $350 more because according to the package had arrived but the Ivorian Customs was asking for a little more money, since I was desperate and wanted the package out of customs. , I made the transfer but still no package. Every time I contact him he gives me excuses.
